Ingredients
- 12 Crepes
- 2 cups Blueberries
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1/4 cup Water
- Agave Nectar
- Whipped Cream (optional)
Directions
In a medium sauce pan combine 1 cup blueberries, sugar and water. Simmer for about 10 minutes. Add remaining blueberries and allow to heat.
Spoon warm blueberries onto crepes, wrap to create roll. Drizzle with agave syrup and a dollop of cream.
