Ingredients
- 1 pound Fruit (fresh seasonal) washed and diced
- 3 tablespoons Sugar
Crumble
- 1 3/4 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 cup Butter
- pinch Salt
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Just stick all the crumble ingredients in a food processor and blitz until it resembles fine bread crumbs (you can also do this in a mixer or by hand - just rub the mixture between your hands).
Put the fruit into a shallot ovenproof serving dish and sprinkle with the sugar.
Spread the crumble mix over the prepared fruit.
Give the dish a bit of a shake and bake for about half an hour or until the top is evenly golden. (If it starts to go darker round the edge, turn the oven down a little.)
