Ingredients

  • 1 (18 oz.) package Refrigerated Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough (such as Pillsbury)
  • 2 fresh New Mexico Hatch Chile -- roasted, peeled, seeded and stems removed

Directions

In a bowl, break up the cookie dough. Chop the Hatch chiles and mix them into the cookie dough. Follow the cookie dough package directions to complete the cookies. 

Note: This is a great combination of sweet and spicy. Give it a try. It's easy to make and very tasty.

    I LOVE Hatch and these are the B O M B!!!! My hubby likes them with vanilla ice cream and some extra chocolate syrup.

    This is a great way to try Hatch chiles if you've never tried them. Because you get the hot hot and the sweet. Delicious!
