Ingredients
- 1 Pie Crust
- 12 ounces Evaporated Skim Milk
- 1 box Vanilla Pudding and Pie Filling
- 1/2 cup Yogurt (Plain Non-Fat)
- 4 ripeĀ Red Bananas (black) and thinly sliced
Directions
Prepare pie crust according to package directions.
In medium bowl, combine evaporated milk, pudding and yogurt. Beat until mixture begins to thicken. Pour 1/2 mixture into pie crust. Arrange slice bananas over mixture, then pour remaining mixture over sliced bananas. Cover and refrigerate until firm, about 3 - 4 hours. Garnish with whipped cream and sliced bananas.
