Ingredients
- 4 Hawaiian Candy Apple Bananas
- 1 cup Brown Sugar packed
Directions
Peel and cut bananas in half lengthwise, then across to make four equal slices. Place quartered bananas on a baking sheet. Sprinkle approximately one tablespoon of sugar across the top of each banana; carefully pat brown sugar to flatten. With torch set on high, carefully brulee bananas until all sugar is melted and crisp. If using a broiler oven, broil until sugar is bubbly and melted. Transfer two slices to each plate and serve immediately. Garnish with vanilla bean ice cream or cinnamon whipped cream.

- These bananas are incredibly sweet and so delicious...they are perfect for this recipe (although if you don't have as big a sweet tooth as me, you can cut down a little on the brown sugar and add a small pat of butter to make a nice sauce)
