Ingredients
- 2 cups Starfruit cubed
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Dry Red Wine
- 1 tablespoon Ginger Root peeled and finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon Ground cloves
- 2 tablespoons White Wine Vinegar
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan and stir well. Bring to a simmer over medium high heat and cook 25 minutes or until slightly thickened. Makes 1 cup.

- okay I made this the starfruit were on the ripe side and I used raspberry vinegar in place of wine vinegar and after deseeding three green hot peppers addded them (jalapeno)
