Ingredients
- 1 16 ounce can Fat Free Refried Beans
- 1 package Taco Seasoning Mix
- 1 pound Lean Ground Beef
- 8 ounces Sour Cream
- 3 Organic Tomatoes diced
- 1 cup Fire Roasted Salsa use Mild Flavor
- 1 jar Fire Roasted Chiles diced
- 1 1/2 cups Shredded Cheese
- 15 ounces Tortilla Chips
Directions
In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the beef and mix in the seasonings. Set aside to cool.
In an 8-inch square dish, layer the ingredients in the order as they appear above. Chill until ready to serve. Enjoy with the tortilla chips.
Note:
You can use any shredded cheese you would like but I prefer a Mexican blend.
