Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cupsĀ Satsuma Tangerine juice
- Satsuma Tangerine zest
- 2 tablespoons Rice Wine
- 2 tablespoon Dry Sherry
- 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Chile Garlic Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
- 6 Dried Japones Chiles
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and blend well. Store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
Use as a marinade and glaze for grilled or stir-fry vegetables, poultry, or beef.
