Ingredients
- 4 whole green onions Chopped
- 1/4 cup Currants 1/4 - Dried
- 1 tablespoon Sherry Vinegar White
- 2 teaspoons ginger root - grated Fresh,Peeled
- 1 3/4 pounds Sapote 1 3/4 (about 4 Medium), peeled, halved, pitted
Directions
Combine onions, currants, vinegar, and ginger in medium bowl. Cut sapote into 1/3-inch cubes. Add to onion mixture and toss to coat. Cover; chill at least 1 hour and up to 6 hours, tossing occasionally.
