Ingredients
- 2 ripe Organic Avocado split lengthwise and pits removed
- 2 Organic Limes or Organic Lemons juice freshly squeezed
- 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 Shallots finely minced
- 1 ripe Organic Tomatoes finely minced (include peel and seeds)
- Pico de Gallo Seasoning generous pinch
- My Grinders Sea Salt
- 2 tablespoons Cilantro finely minced
Directions
Scoop avocado flesh into a bowl and mash with a fork until smooth. Fold in remaining ingredients and adjust the seasonings to your taste. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to develop. Serve with tortilla chips.
