Ingredients
- 1/2 Organic Pineapple ripe peeled cored diced small (approximately 2 cups)
- 1 cup Organic Bell Pepper (use Red Bell Pepper) cored and diced
- 1/4 cup Red onion diced
- 2 tablespoons Basil (use Basil Leaves) chopped
- 2 tablespoons Ginger Root peeled and grated
- 1 teaspoon Hot Sauce (use your favorite)
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- Salt and Fresh Ground Black Pepper to taste
Directions
Mix ingredients together in a bowl, seson with salt and pepper, to taste. Add hot sauce, if you desire. Allow to sit for 1 hour before using.
