Ingredients

  • 1/2 Organic Pineapple ripe peeled cored diced small (approximately 2 cups)
  • 1 cup Organic Bell Pepper (use Red Bell Pepper) cored and diced
  • 1/4 cup Red onion diced
  • 2 tablespoons Basil (use Basil Leaves) chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Ginger Root peeled and grated
  • 1 teaspoon Hot Sauce (use your favorite)
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • Salt and Fresh Ground Black Pepper to taste

Directions

Mix ingredients together in a bowl, seson with salt and pepper, to taste. Add hot sauce, if you desire. Allow to sit for 1 hour before using.
