Ingredients
- 2 cups Pineapple diced
- 2 cups Maradol Papaya (other fresh Papaya may be substituted)
- 1/2 cup Organic Bell Pepper (use Red Bell Pepper) diced
- 1/2 cup Maui Onions diced
- 1 Organic Garlic minced
- 1 small Thai Chile seeded and chopped
- 2 tablespoons Mint (use Mint Leaves) chopped
Directions
In a bowl, combine all ingredients with salt to taste and let stand at room temperature for 1 hour. Relish may be made 1 day ahead and chilled, covered. Serve relish at room temperature.
