Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 tablespoons White Wine Vinegar or lemon or lime juice
  • 2 cloves Peeled Garlic chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Herbs use fresh Rosemary, Thyme, ParsleyCilantro or mix it up
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients and cover the meat, fish or vegetables. Leave at room temperature about 20 minutes. Add salt and pepper. Use marinade to baste with as you cook. If you want to use any leftover on the cooked product, bring the marinade to a boil before using.
