Ingredients
- 1/2 ripe Papaya peeled seeded and cut into 1/4 inch dice
- 1/4 ripe Organic Pineapple peeled cored and cut into 1/4 inch dice
- 1 ripe Organic Mango peeled seeded and cut into 1/4 inch dice
- 1 small Red Onion peeled and cut into 1/4 inch dice
- 1 Organic Bell Pepper (use Red Bell Pepper) trimmed and cut into 1/4 inch dice
- 3 Yellow Chile seeded and chopped
- 1 tablespoon Cilantro finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
Directions
Combine all ingredients and season to taste. Set aside for 20 minutes while flavors meld. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
