Ingredients
- 2 ounces Dried Mango Slices
- 20 leaves Mint
- 1 whole Green Chile chopped
- 1 clove Organic Garlic - sliced
- 1 tablespoon Coriander Seeds
- 1 To Your Taste Sea Salt
Directions
Soak the mango slices overnight in water to cover or soak in warm water about 2 hours.Place the mango slices, together with the water they were soaking in and the rest of the ingredients in food processor. Process until chunky. Chill and serve with a meal or savory snacks. Makes 1 cup
