Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 4 Ataulfo Mango peeled and diced
- 1/4 cup Onion chopped
- 1/2 ½ ounce package Dried Habanero Chiles wiped clean
- 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
- 1/4 cup Ketchup
- 3 tablespoons Sugar
- Salt and Pepper
Directions
Heat oil in a small saucepan, add mangos, onions, and habanero chile. Cook on medium heat until onions are soft and translucent.
Add lemon juice, ketchup, and sugar, stirring until mixture comes to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Remove from heat, let cool.
Blend in blender until a smooth consistency. Season with salt and pepper.
