Mandarinquat Marinade for Grill or Stir Fry

Ingredients

• 1 cup Orange juice freshly squeezed
• 1/3 pound  mandarinquats quartered
• 1/4 cup Rice Wine or Dry Sherry
• 3 teaspoon Soy Sauce
• 1 teaspoon Chile Garlic Sauce
• 1 tablespoon Sugar
• 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
• 6 Dried Japones Chiles

Directions

Soak mandarinquats in hot water until softened, about 15 minutes, then drain. Chop mandarinquats into small pieces leaving skin on. Combine remaining marinade ingredients in a bowl. Use on your favorite fish or poultry or your favorite stir fry.
