Ingredients
- 1 pound Lychee halved peeled and seeded
- 1/2 Organic Bell Pepper (use Yellow Bell Pepper) cored seeded and diced
- 1/2 Organic Bell Pepper (use Red Bell Pepper) cored seeded and diced
- 1 Jalapeno Chile seeded and minced
- 3 Organic Green Onions trimmed and finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons Organic Limes juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon Chopped Crystallized Ginger
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- Salt to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl, gently tossing to combine. Season with salt to taste.
Note:
The salsa should have a sweet and mildly sour taste. Use salsa in traditional way with chips or served over grilled chicken. Also great combination with any white baked or grilled fish.
