Ingredients
- 1 cup Orange juice freshly squeezed
- 1/3 pound Kumquats, fucushu kumquats, or mandarinquats quartered
- 1/4 cup Rice Wine or Dry Sherry
- 3 teaspoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Chile Garlic Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
- 6 Dried Japones Chiles
Directions
Soak kumquats in hot water until softened, about 15 minutes, then drain. Chop kumquats into small pieces leaving skin on.. Combine remaining marinade ingredients in a bowl.
Use on your favorite fish or poultry or your favorite stir fry.
