Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons Kiwano/Horned Melon Juice
- 1/3 cup Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup Dried Cranberries
- 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard prepared
- 1/2 teaspoon Minced Garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper
- 2 tablespoons Water
Directions
Process all ingredients until smooth. Serve over your favorite green salad.
Note:
Halve and remove pulp from Kiwano Melon. Place in sieve and remove seeds. Use extracted juice in recipe.
