Ingredients

  • 6 Organic Roma Tomatoes
  • Jalapeno Chile
  • 1/2 small Red onion cut into quarters
  • 1 clove Organic Garlic peeled
  • 2 tablespoons Organic Cilantro chopped
  • Salt to taste

Directions

Place chiles and tomatoes in a medium saucepan, cover with water and bring to a boil. Boil until chiles and tomatoes are soft. Place chiles, tomatoes, onions and garlic in blender. Blend to desired consistency. Add water if necessary. Add cilantro and season to taste.
