Ingredients

  • 1/2 ripe Papaya peeled seeded and cut into 1/4 inch dice (other fresh Papayas may be substituted)
  • 1/4 ripe Pineapple peeled cored and cut into 1/4 inch dice
  • 1 ripe Organic Mango peeled seeded and cut into 1/4 inch dice
  • 1 small Red Onion peeled and cut into 1/4 inch dice
  • Organic Bell Pepper (use Red Bell Pepper) trimmed and cut into 1/4 inch dice
  • Dried Habanero Chiles Fresh (use 1/4 or 1/2) dice very fine
  • 1 tablespoon Cilantro finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Sugar

Directions

Combine all ingredients and season to taste. Set aside for 20 minutes while flavors meld. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
