This seemed like an odd recipe, but tasty BBQ ingredients, so I tried it for a family gathering. EVERYONE LOVED IT!!! I like my guaca chunky, so I didn't smoosh all of the avo and folded in the avo chunks last. Also, my kids think cilantro tastes like soap, so I subbed with parsley. Looked and tasted fantastic! Oh, I forgot to put on gloves when I cut the jalapeno and got it on my skin. Thanks for the burn tip; it really helped!!!!
