Ingredients
- 1 cup Unsalted Butter
- 3 cloves Roasted Garlic
- 1 Jalapeno Chile minced
- 1 Red Fresno Chiles minced
Directions
In a mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, cream together all ingredients until smooth, about 4 minutes.
Form the butter into a log, wrap in plastic and refrigerate until needed.
Note:
This butter recipe works well as a pat on freshly grilled steaks, or melted for grilled shrimps or lobster.
