Ingredients
6 Fresh Feijoas, cut in half and flesh scooped out1 Ripe Mango, peeled and chopped
1 cup Quick Crack Coconut, "meat"
1½ Quick Crack Coconut "water"
1 teaspoon Fresh Ginger -- minced
3 tablespoons Seasoned Rice Vinegar
Directions
In a blender, place all the ingredients, cover and blend until smooth. Use as a salad dressing or marinade. Refrigerate when not using.
Note:
A great blend of tropical flavors.
