Ingredients
1 Chipotle Chile, canned in Adobo½ teaspoon Adobo Sauce, from the can
1 tablespoon White Wine Vinegar
2 teaspoons Organic Blue Agave Syrup
1 cup Passion Fruit Pulp (about 6 Passion Fruit)
Directions
In a blender, place all the ingredients, cover and blend until smooth. Use as a salad dressing or marinade. Refrigerate when not using. Makes about 1 cup.
Notes:
This is a great marinade for chicken or beef.
