Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 tablespoon shallots - minced
- 1 tablespoon Italian Parsley - minced
- 3/4 cup blood orange - olive oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons Blue Cheese crumbled (optional)
Directions
Whisk together vinegar, mustard, shallot, Italian Parsley, salt and pepper. While continuously whisking drizzle in olive oil and whisk until emulsified. Add blue cheese just before serving.
