Ingredients
- 3 Organic Bell Pepper (use Green Bell Pepper) cored and seeded
- 3 Organic Bell Pepper (use Red Bell Pepper) cored and seeded
- 1/2 Jalapeno Chile
- 3 medium Onion
- 1/2 cups Cider vinegar
- 1/2 cups Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
Directions
In a food porcessor grind all the peppers and onions to a coarse texture, but do not puree. Scrape into a non-reactive saucepan and add enough water to cover (about 1 cup). Bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes. Strain and return the solids to the saucepan. Add the Vinegar, Sugar, and Salt; boil for 5 minutes more. Fill hot, sterilized canning jars and seal property. Will keep indefinitely.
