Ingredients
- Salt and Fresh Ground Black Pepper
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
- 5 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Basil minced
- 1/2 teaspoon Minced Garlic
Directions
Place salt and pepper in a small glass bowl. Add the vinegar and stir until the salt is completely dissolved. Then drizzle in the olive oil, stirring constantly. Add the basil and garlic, continuing to stir. Cover the plastic wrap and allow the vinaigrette to sit for at least 1/2 hour to allow the flavors to blend.
