Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 2 Anaheim Chile roasted seeded peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup Ketchup
- 3/4 cup Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 2 cloves Organic Garlic
- Black Pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

- The ketchup ruins this dressing and gives it a nasty processed taste. Make with 1/2 cup fresh tomato sauce and it is very good.
