Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • Anaheim Chile roasted seeded peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup Ketchup
  • 3/4 cup Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 cloves Organic Garlic
  • Black Pepper

Directions

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

    The ketchup ruins this dressing and gives it a nasty processed taste. Make with 1/2 cup fresh tomato sauce and it is very good.
