Ingredients
- 10 lbs. Watermelon - (use Yellow Seedless)
- 4 whole Key Limes quartered
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 8 cups Water
Directions
Remove rind and puree watermelon in food processor.
Strain into large pitcher.
Squeeze limes into pitcher and add lime slices.
Add sugar and water and mix.
Adjust flavor with more sugar or limes.
Add plenty of ice and serve.
Makes 1 gallon.
