Ingredients
- 1 ea. cherimoya, ripe
- 14 ouncesĀ Organic Tofu (use Soft Tofu)
- 6 ouncesĀ Organic Strawberries puree
- 8 ounces Orange Juice
- 2 teaspoons Sugar
- 1 1/2 cups Ice Cubes small cubes
Directions
Remove skin and seeds from 1 Cherimoya (1 Cherimoya yields approximately 5 to 6 ounces of pulp). Wash, trim and puree the strawberries. Drain off excess liquid from Tofu. Place all ingredients in a blender. Puree until smooth.

- This was so good! So simple. Also, I used Agave Syrup instead of the sugar.
