Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Milk (Cold milk, plus more if needed for consistency)
- 1 1/2 cups Plain Yogurt (Cold, Low Fat)
- 3 Hawaiian Candy Apple Bananas sliced and frozen
- 2 cups Strawberries (Fresh, washed, stems removed, halved and frozen)
- 1 tablespoon Roasted Organic Golden Flax Seed
- 2 tablespoons Organic Low Glycemic Agave Syrup to taste
Directions
Place all ingredients in order given and blend until smooth. Depending on the power of the blender used, you may need to stop the blender, push down the unblended ingredients, and finish blending. Serve immediately.
Note:
You may substitute the strawberries with any frozen fruit of your choice such as blueberries, peeled and sliced mango, mixed berries, peeled kiwi, etc.
You may also further enhance the smoothie by adding one full 3 oz. package of Melissa's dried fruit, omit the agave, and increase the milk as needed for consistency.
