Ingredients
Simple Syrup
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 cup Water
Smoothie
- 1 packageĀ Organic Tofu use Firm Tofu (12.3 ounce)
- 1 1/2 cupsĀ Organic Oranges juice freshly squeezed
- 1 1/2 cups Frozen Pineapple Chunks
- Simple Syrup to taste
- 3/4 cup Pineapple Sherbet
Directions
For the Simple Syrup:
Heat the sugar and water in a sauce pan to a boil. Remove from the heat and let cool.
For the Smoothie:
In an electric blender, mix all remaining ingredients until smooth. Serve in ice cold glasses immediately.
Note:
I like to garnish this drink with a pineapple wedge and orange slice on the edge of the glass.
