Ingredients

4 cups     Water
3 ounces  Fresh Ginger, peeled and sliced

Directions

In a saucepan, add the water and ginger slices. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 15 minutes. Scoop out the ginger and serve hot.

Note:
This is a soothing drink for soar throats and unsettled stomachs. Add a little lemon and/or sweetener if desired.
