Ingredients
Simple Syrup
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 cup Water
Smoothie
- 1 1/2 cups Orange Juice Fresh
- 1 1/2 cups Vanilla Yogurt
- 3 South African Baby Pineapples peeled cubed and frozen
- Simple Syrup to taste
- 3/4 cup Pineapple Sherbet
Directions
For the Simple Syrup
Heat the sugar and water in a sauce pan to a boil. Remove from the heat and let cool.
For the Smoothie
In an electric blender, mix all remaining ingredients until smooth. Serve in ice cold glasses immediately.

Smoothies are very versatile. Mix and match your favorite fruits and berries to create your own drink
