Ingredients

  • 3 ounces Orange Juice (frozen) or can substitute 1 banana 1 cup berries or any of your favorite fruits)
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Powdered Milk
  • 5 Ice Cubes

Directions

Place all ingredients except the ice cubes into a blender and blend until smooth. Add ice cubes to mixture. Blend until ice is crushed. Makes about 2 cups mixture. Serve in chilled glasses with crazy straws! This is also great with passion fruit, papaya, or kiwi fruit!

For popsicles, pour the blended mixture into popsicle containers and freeze.
