Ingredients
- 1 cup Organic Bell Pepper
- 2 each Thai chiles, halved
- 1 cup Sno Peas
- 1 cup Baby Corn
- 1 cup Bok Choy (use Baby Bok Choy), chopped
- 2 tablespoons Peanut Oil
- 2 cloves Organic Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger Root grated
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
Directions
Cut vegetables into 1 inch pieces. Heat oil in wok on high heat, add peppers and chiles, sauté for 3 minutes, add remaining vegetables and sauté for 2 minutes more. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute longer. Garnish with sesame seeds.
