Ingredients
Marinade
- 1/3 cup Sesame Shiitake Dressing
- 1/2 teaspoon Organic Garlic granulated
- 1/2 teaspoon Organic Yellow Onion granulated
- 2 tablespoons Tamari
- 1/4 cup Cilantro chopped
- 2 packages Soybeans (Edamame) (use Shelled Edamame)
- 1/2 cup Scallions thinly sliced
- 1 medium Organic Bell Pepper (use Red Bell Pepper) chopped
- 1 cup Cremini Mushrooms sliced
Directions
Combine marinade ingredients in a medium glass measuring cup. Place edamame in a non-reactive bowl and combine with marinade. Add scallions, pepper, and mushrooms. Mix thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight for optimal flavor.
