Ingredients
- 1 package Soy Ground
- 1 small Onion chopped
- 3/4 cup Water (plus 2 tlbs divided)
- 1 tablespoon Chile Powder
- 6 ounces Tortilla Chips
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 3/4 cup Soy Shreds Cheddar flavor
- 1/3 cup olives (ripe) slice
- 1/4 cup Pickled Jalapenos sliced
Directions
PREHEAT oven to 400°F.
Cook soy ground according to package directions add onion Stir in 3/4 cup water and chile powder; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cook, stirring occasionally, for 3 to 4 minutes.
Spread chips onto baking sheet. Top with ground filling. Combine sour cream and 2 tablespoons water in small bowl; drizzle over taco filling. Sprinkle with cheese, olives and jalapeños, if desired.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
