Ingredients
- 2 cloves Organic Garlic
- 2 cans Hearts of Palm drained (14 ounces)
- 1/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Smash garlic with the flat side of a chef's knife to peel. Place in a food processor process to a paste. Add hearts of palm and process to a rough puree. With motor running, drizzle in oil in a thin stream until mixture forms a fluffy, velvety puree. Add salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate until ready to use.
