In a bowl cream together the cream cheese and the ginger. Put 1 teaspoon of the mixture in the palm of one hand and roll it around a grape, using both palms to coat the grape completely. Coat the remaining grapes in the same manner. Roll the cream cheese-coated grapes in the pecans, coating them completely. Chill on a tray lined with wax-paper for 15 minutes or until firm.

- OMG!!!!! I think this is now my favorite appetizer! I found I had to keep cooling my hands off with COLD water because my palms kept warming up. Latex gloves helped tremedously.
