Ingredients

  • 6 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 2 tablespoons Ginger finely chopped
  • 30 Grapes
  • 1 cup Pecans toasted lightly, cooled completely, and chopped fine

Directions

In a bowl cream together the cream cheese and the ginger. Put 1 teaspoon of the mixture in the palm of one hand and roll it around a grape, using both palms to coat the grape completely. Coat the remaining grapes in the same manner. Roll the cream cheese-coated grapes in the pecans, coating them completely. Chill on a tray lined with wax-paper for 15 minutes or until firm.

    I was curious as to the how the cream cheese and ginger combination would taste. So glad I tried this recipe last weekend. YUM!

    OMG!!!!! I think this is now my favorite appetizer! I found I had to keep cooling my hands off with COLD water because my palms kept warming up. Latex gloves helped tremedously.
