Fresh Vegetable Roasted Garlic Wraps

Ingredients

  • 4 large Tortillas
  • 8 leaves Organic Leaf Lettuce use Red Leaf Lettuce washed and dried
  • 1 container Alfalfa Sprouts (4 ounces)
  • Organic Bell Pepper (use Red Bell Pepper) sliced 1/4 inch thick
  • 1 Organic Bell Pepper (use Green Bell Pepper) sliced 1/4 inch thick
  • 1 Organic Bell Pepper (use Yellow Bell Pepper) sliced 1/4 inch thick
  • Mini Cucumbers sliced very thin
  • 1 ripe Organic Avocado mashed
  • 1 Organic Carrots sliced very thin
  • 4 ounces Black Beans cooked and cooled

Directions

Brush the tortillas with the roasted garlic dressing. Make sure to cover the entire surface all the way to the edges. Place 2 lettuce leaves across the bottom edge. Next, place one-fourth of each of the next 8 ingredients on top of the lettuce. Season with salt and pepper. Roll it up as tight as possible, cut in half and place on a serving plate. Repeat for remaining tortillas.

Note:

These also make for great appetizers. Just cut each rolled up wrap into 8 pieces and place on a serving tray.
