Chef Todd has worked in a wide variety of restaurants, from Asian and Italian to French and Californian. Now at the Cypress Room he brings it all together with food that emphasizes a sense of adventure. Ahi tuna tartar with sweet & sour fennel slaw, Louisiana style crawfish cake with grilled tomato relish, and seafood lumpia for starters. Oven baked seabass with wild mushroom risotto, braised salmon with roasted baby root vegetables, and grilled halibut with a pasilla chile butter and grilled corn succotash are just a few samplings of this wonderful menu.
