For a wonderfully easy way of rolling Melissa’s Crepes, even for the complete novice, just use the plastic dividing sheet that is between each crepe. It couldn’t be easier! Here’s how:
Remove crepes from package. Separate out one crepe with its attached divider sheet.
Place flat on work surface, divider down. Spoon filling into third of crepe area closest to you.
Using corners of plastic divider, gently roll crepe away from you, pulling plastic divider away from crepe as you roll.
Continue rolling until crepe is completely rolled and free from divider.
Place on plate, add your favorite topping and serve.
