Juicy and savory with a delicate sweetness, Melissa’s Pimiento del Piquillo Peppers are hand-picked and roasted over open flames, peeled, de-seeded and carefully packed with old world craftsmanship in Spain, to ensure they retain every nuance of their rich, spicy-sweet flavor. Delicious straight from the jar, or try serving them as a traditional "tapa"; stuffed with meat, seafood or cheese. They are also great chopped and served in salads, on appetizers, on pizzas, or over fresh bruschetta topped with goat cheese.
