Uses
A unique source of many essential vitamins, minerals and trace elements, Choy Sum is slimmer than its relative Bok Choy. The whole petite vegetable is always eaten, stem, leaves and all. Petite Baby Choy Sum may be used in stir-fries, fillings or with pasta. Choy Sum has a distinct sweet mustard flavor.

Selection & Storage
Petite Baby Choy Sum from Melissa’s is hand-selected for excellent quality. Choose firm stalks with fresh leaves. Avoid any brown spots. Store unwashed in the vegetable crisper of the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Preparation
Wash thoroughly and rinse in cold water. In recipes, Petite Baby Choy Sum may be substituted for Petite Baby Bok Choy.
