Uses

Celery is a common household staple valued for its crunchy texture and distinctive slightly sweet flavor. Melissa’s Organic Celery contains an abundance of vitamins and other nutrients but is especially rich in vitamin K. Melissa’s Organic Celery is 100% natural and organic. These delicious vegetables are certified organic in accordance with the 2001 National Organic Program Standards (USDA). Selection, Storage & Handling

Melissa’s Organic Celery and Celery Hearts are hand-selected for excellent quality. Keep covered unwashed Celery in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. Organic produce should not be stacked with non-organic produce.
