Uses

Thomcord is a hybrid of the popular Thompson table grape and the seeded Concord grape, which is most commonly used to make grape juice and jelly. The result is a plump, juicy, dark purple table grape that has a thin, edible skin. Its aromatic, earthy flavor is similar to that of Concord, but mellowed by the mild, sweetness of the Thompson. This variety is a perfect out of hand summer snack fruit or use as a flavor-balanced sauce ingredient to enhance almost any kind of fish or fowl coming off the grill. Product of California.

Selection, Storage & Handling

Chose grapes that are plump and firm, with no bruises, decay or shatter. Vine stems should be green and pliable, never dried out. Do not wash before storing. Refrigerate in crisper for up to one week.
