Uses
Melissa’s Middle Eastern Tabbouleh is a traditional Middle Eastern salad made of bulgur wheat, often mixed with chopped tomatoes, onions, parsley, mint, olive oil and lemon juice for authentic flavor. Served cold with a crisp bread like lavosh, Tabbouleh is rich in protein with generous amounts of calcium, iron, thiamine, riboflavin and niacin.
Selection, Storage & Handling:
Melissa’s Tabbouleh is hand-selected for excellent quality. Store individual packages in a cool, dry place out of direct sun. Properly stored, Melissa’s Gourmet Grains will stay in prime condition for 6 to 9 months. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator or for longer storage, store in the freezer.
